We recently celebrated Jannie’s 50th birthday at The Venue, Blacksmith Estate, and it was absolutely exceptional! From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Every detail — from the planning to the final touches — was handled with such care and attention.
On the evening itself, the service was flawless. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We especially appreciated their eye for the little things that made the evening feel extra special.
And the food — wow! The braai snacks were simply fabulous and a real highlight of the night. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was.

From the moment we first visited the venue and were greeted with the most breathtaking views, we knew we had found something truly special. But it wasn’t just the scenery it was Nicole, Stephan, and their amazing team that truly won our hearts.
From start to finish, they brought an level of passion, professionalism, and care to every detail. Nothing was ever too much to ask, they always went the extra mile and more! to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of and beyond.
We went for the full package, and every single supplier they recommended was exceptional. From the planning stages to the final moments of our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly.
Nicole was especially incredible, personally with all the décor and flowers the result was pure magic. Every element reflected our vision perfectly, with a touch of elegance and warmth that made the day feel uniquely ours.

Organizing a wedding from a distance (1445km) is not easy, but this was a breeze. Fantastic venue!!! Management and staff very accommodating, super friendly and helpful! Quick to respond to queries. For them nothing was too much!! The Menu give a lot of options, but I promise the food was magnificent!!

Alex’s 21st Birthday party
On the 14 Sept 2024 we had our daughters 21st at The Venue Paarl. From the onset Nicole was handson, she assisted in everything, she responded promptly and as we all know, we as customers have a lot of questions and ideas. She was so helpfull, even organised and setup a lovely dinner at another venue in town, she orginised the prettiest flower bouquet, baloons and a complimentary champagne for the birthday girl✨️.
The setup of the venue/decor was exactly as I requested.
Food was superb and of the highest standard, tasty and all my guests complimented us on the food.
Nicole and team, keep up the exellence that you bring to this industry, making every moment of ones celebration memorable!

With swift and clear communication, Nicole from the Venue set out a plan within our budget and went over and above all our expectations for the evening. We did not have to worry about a thing. The Venue had ample parking for all guests, the food was SPECTACULAR and the waitering service was on point. Nicole was there for anything we needed during the event to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! Would recommend this venue for any business event.

We celebrated my grandmother’s 90th at The Venue and what a special celebration. With the cozy fireplace, and it being intimate and exclusive made it very special. The attention to every detail from the cake, table decor and to the flowers was absolutely breathtaking. There was a great variety of food and it was delicious.
From the delectable food to the impeccable service, every aspect surpass our expectation. I would highly recommend them if you have a special event coming up- you will not be dissapointed.
