- Additional lighting, sound, DJ and entertainment
- Alternative tables and chairs if not using The Venue’s
- Additional outdoor furniture
- Gazebo, marquee tent or shade covering – quoted separately
- Previous day setup – subject to availability
- Overtime between 00:00 – 02:00 charged separately (bar closes at 01:00)

StaffingOur professional staff will ensure your Event runs smoothly
The Venue will arrange for professional barmen and waiters on your behalf.
Staffing costs are charged separately to the client’s account.
No external staff may be used.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 Floor Manager per event (more than 50 guests only)
- 1 Waiter per 10 guests
- 1 Barman per 40 guests
RATES
- Floor Manager – R170 per hour
- Barman – R130 per hour
- Waiter – R120 per hour
- Setup staff (optional) – R120 per hour
RULES
- Rates are inclusive of staff uniforms, transport and meals.
- We make use of professional external staffing suppliers,
therefore, rates are subject to change. - Rates for Public Holidays and Sundays are charged at a premium.
- Staff are required for the duration of your function with 1 hour
before guests arrive and 1 hour after guests depart for standard
setup and breakdown.
