The best choice we made was having our wedding at The Venue. This was the first venue we viewed, and we were immediately in love! The owners are absolute gems and did everything to make the planning experience go smoothly and with half the stress I imagined. From viewing, to planning, to the wedding day, everything was an easy experience. I am forever grateful to Nicole and her team for making our dreams come true and exceeding every expectation. This was everything and more I could have ever wanted. Thank you for your sincere advice and selfless attention to every detail! You are amazing! The best of all? You get two views at The Venue: daytime with the vineyards and beautiful views of mountains, and nighttime with the city lights. Our guests were in awe!

Thanks to Nicole, Stephan, and Their Incredible Team.
From the moment we first visited the venue and were greeted with the most breathtaking views, we knew we had found something truly special. But it wasn’t just the scenery it was Nicole, Stephan, and their amazing team that truly won our hearts.
From start to finish, they brought an level of passion, professionalism, and care to every detail. Nothing was ever too much to ask, they always went the extra mile and more! to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of and beyond.
We went for the full package, and every single supplier they recommended was exceptional. From the planning stages to the final moments of our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly.
Nicole was especially incredible, personally with all the décor and flowers the result was pure magic. Every element reflected our vision perfectly, with a touch of elegance and warmth that made the day feel uniquely ours.
Thanks to this phenomenal team, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every second of the celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better day or better people to walk this journey with. We are forever grateful!

What an amazing experience working with Nicole and her team! From the beginning to the end it was such a pleasure. She was professional, transparent (we were never surprised by hidden costs) and always had our best interests at heart. She guided us with her experience and knowledge of the industry. Organizing a wedding from a distance (1445km) is not easy, but this was a breeze. Fantastic venue!!! Management and staff very accommodating, super friendly and helpful! Quick to respond to queries. For them nothing was too much!! The Menu give a lot of options, but I promise the food was magnificent!!
I can really recommend The Venue Paarl for any function with great peace of mind. Our Wedding Planner: Dear Grace (Seriously Recommendable) and The Venue forms a Super Dream Team!

Tim and I celebrated our wedding at The Venue on March 1, 2025, and it was everything we had ever dreamed of and more! Nicole was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. She went above and beyond in ways we never expected and we were truly moved to tears.
Nicole and Stephan are such a powerhouse team. You can tell they genuinely love what they do because they pour so much care and attention into every detail. They made the whole experience feel effortless and we always knew we were in great hands.

Alex's 21st Birthday party
On the 14 Sept 2024 we had our daughters 21st at The Venue Paarl. From the onset Nicole was handson, she assisted in everything, she responded promptly and as we all know, we as customers have a lot of questions and ideas. She was so helpfull, even organised and setup a lovely dinner at another venue in town, she orginised the prettiest flower bouquet, baloons and a complimentary champagne for the birthday girl✨️.
The setup of the venue/decor was exactly as I requested.
Food was superb and of the highest standard, tasty and all my guests complimented us on the food.
Nicole and team, keep up the exellence that you bring to this industry, making every moment of ones celebration memorable!

I can highly recommend Nicole Dreyer and her team at The Venue, we had our wedding there on the 23rd of November 2024 and I was blown away by her effort, hands on approach and bringing my dream wedding to life! It was so so beautiful, exactly how i invisioned it to be. She was also there every step of the way. Daar is nie genoeg woorde om vir julle dankie te sê nie. Julle het ons mooiste dag gevat en dit duisende kere mooier gemaak. Nicole is ‘n pakkie dinamiet. Sy “run the show” sodat jy nie hoef nie. En mag ek net sê- daar was nie ‘n enkele oomblik se stres met haar aan die stuur van al die troubeplanning nie. Sy maak seker dat elke boksie getick is. Van ons gaste soek haar reeds op hulle speeddiallys vir toekomstige troues.
Dankie dankie dankie dat jul uit jul pad gegaan het om ons idees in realiteit te omskep. Julle is goud werd.
Ons sal elke jaar maar ons “renewal of vow” moet beplan om weer The Venue @ Pearl Mountain en hul span weer te gebruik!

We got married here in March and we had the most amazing experience. The grounds are beautiful and so diverse, with vineyards against the backdrop of the incredible Paarl mountains, lovely gardens, and groves of olive trees. The venue itself is fresh and modern and we loved the intimacy of the space. The patio is awesome— an incredible view during the day and a great place to mingle in the evening.
The Venue is wonderful, but what really made our wedding incredible was Nicole and her team. We needed help finding our vision for the day and Nicole really guided us in figuring out what we liked and then creating it for us. She was absolutely instrumental in developing and executing the aesthetic that we loved so much and because she was involved in everything from decor to flowers, it all felt cohesive, unified, and easy. I am so grateful that we had Nicole as a resource and would highly recommend utilizing her as much as possible. She was remarkably organized and on top of it and took so much off of our plates. We really trusted the day to her, Chef Wikus, and the team, and it paid off beautifully. The food was delicious, not just by wedding standards, and our guests raved about it. We love The Venue!

We needed a venue for a business event/launch and had no experience or time to arrange all the details necessary to pull off a successful event. With swift and clear communication, Nicole from the Venue set out a plan within our budget and went over and above all our expectations for the evening. We did not have to worry about a thing. The Venue had ample parking for all guests, the food was SPECTACULAR and the waitering service was on point. Nicole was there for anything we needed during the event to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! Would recommend this venue for any business event.

We celebrated my grandmother's 90th at The Venue and what a special celebration. With the cozy fireplace, and it being intimate and exclusive made it very special. The attention to every detail from the cake, table decor and to the flowers was absolutely breathtaking. There was a great variety of food and it was delicious.
From the delectable food to the impeccable service, every aspect surpass our expectation. I would highly recommend them if you have a special event coming up- you will not be dissapointed.

The owners are extremely hands-on with great service and advice for everything to run smoothly. Staff are friendly and efficient, the place is kept neat and clean which makes setup easy.
