Our Standard Wedding Package is perfect for couples who wish to choose their own suppliers while still enjoying the stunning beauty and elegance that our venue has to offer. This package provides the ideal balance of flexibility and sophistication, allowing you to tailor every detail to your unique vision.

For couples seeking a stress-free planning experience, we also offer comprehensive all-inclusive wedding packages.

Fridays and Public Holidays are based on weekend rates.

  • Planning & Coordination*
  • Food & Beverages (no external suppliers allowed)
  • Table linen (i.e. table cloths, runners and napkins)
  • Decor & Flower arrangements
  • Stationery (i.e. table numbers, menu and name cards)
  • Staffing (i.e. setup staff, waiters, barmen)
  • Reception table setup (i.e. setting of the cutlery, crockery, glasses and table decor)
  • Additional lighting, sound, DJ and entertainment
  • Alternative tables and chairs if not using The Venue’s
  • Ceremony chairs, setup and sound
  • Additional outdoor furniture
  • Garden ceremony gazebo, marquee tent or shade covering (quoted separately)
  • Previous day setup – subject to availability, from R6 500
  • Overtime between 00:00 – 02:00 charged at R4 000 per hour (bar closes at 01:00)
*Please note that it is mandatory to use a professional wedding planner or coordinator to ensure that all logistical aspects of the wedding are taken care of on the day. Due to a number of poor experiences with external on-the-day coordinators, from 2025 onward, it will be compulsory to use our in-house on-the-day coordination services by Unick to ensure your wedding day is a success (additional charge).

StaffingOur professional staff will ensure your wedding day runs smoothly

The Venue will arrange for professional barmen and waiters on your behalf.
No external staff may be used.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 Waiter per 10 guests
  • 1 Barman per 40 guests
  • Minimum of 2 barmen per event
  • Minimum of 5 waiters per event

RATES

  • Barman – R130 per hour
  • Waiter – R120 per hour
  • Setup staff (optional) – R120 per hour

RULES

  • Rates are inclusive of staff uniforms, transport and meals.
  • We make use of professional external staffing suppliers,
    therefore, rates are subject to change.
  • Rates for Public Holidays and Sundays are charged at a premium.
  • Staff are required for the duration of your function with 1 hour
    before guests arrive and 1 hour after guests depart for standard
    setup and breakdown.
